Africa & Change

Change is a process, sometimes long. Africa juz celebrated 40-50 years of independence these years like in biblical exodus have been spent in wilderness, that was important because for true change to occur a generational change must precede. Africa is the only continent that has seen rapid growth than any other continent. Most of so called developed nations spent hundreds of years in wilderness sorting themselves up. They had civil wars, economic depression, diseases, famine etcetera. Currently Africa is a group of country's with different names but same challenges. We are yet to witness a rebirth of Nations. It will happen to those who are currently 7 years and below. We don't need to be lectured because our history informs us more than the future you promise us.

Behind the Name: Meaning, Origin and History.

I come from a family of don Acrididae a species that can breed rapidly under suitable conditions and subsequently become gregarious and migratory when our populations become dense enough. Can travel great distances, consuming literally all green material wherever the swarm settles. I am an edible delicacy considered a deli carious delicious culinary in some countries. Who Am I? My name is Ngige a dessert Locust . You cross my path I discharge famine fumes that will last you generations to come, beyond 1858 when a Njoroge riika (initiation age set) was initiated in Kenya’s Kikuyu tribe. I might be generous to cast you a generous spell baptizing you with lightning and thunder Because I am Samuel The Ecclesiastic Late Latin form of the Ecclesiastic Greek Samouel, which is from the Hebrew Shmuel, a name derived from shěmū’ē‘l (name of God, his name is God) literally meaning "God Heard" or "God Hears". The only name Spelled the same in English, French, Hungarian, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish but in the Seventh dialect of Kikuyu my mother tongue spelt Thamweli. Pronunciation: SA-myoo-əl .That’s why I speak seven languages with seven accents.
That’s who IAM. I am a trade mark, a brand noble name -Ngige Njoroge Samuel-.
What is your NAME?

30 Pieces Theology

30 pieces of silver was the price to be paid for accidentally killing someone else's slave in the law of Moses. That price was chosen to show the Pharisees contempt of Jesus.
Exodus 21:32, "...If the bull gores a male or female slave, the owner must pay thirty shekels of silver to the master of the slave, and the bull is to be stoned to death..."..This becomes an interesting question in the history of economics...do we see that 30 silver in Moses's time being worth the same in Jesus's time? What about today how much is worth? I'm doubtful, but I'd be interested in an experts opinion on the matter.

The Arrow of Life

Doubt & Drama

We thrive in juicy talk, fake pretense the drama that thrills the soul , wretches the heart and leaves us writhing in pain. By the time truth is tying her shoes laces rumors has circled the earth twice. No more Drama, 2014 is ending soon and our lives still standing. Stay in your original lane to avoid firing squad. If in doubt you woun't change the past however much you worry about it, cast your eyes to the future, your memory to the past and your reality to the present. Happy Christmas people and Thankful new Year 2015, No more Doubt no more Drama.

The main Thing

The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing. Being thankful to God for His unwavering providence. Now with that he has supplied me and enabled me to cross countless jungles with little or no water, but now His Grace is sufficient, my cup overflows, I can't finish this gift however much I share it...because the joy is in sharing. Its Christmas time make sure you share with the less fortunate and the needy, starting with your extended family. To me, I hold philosophy that acts of Charity begins at home towards the neighbors and beyond to the public total strangers, in that order. Family in this context does not necessarily imply blood line. If you have no one needy in your family kindly stand up.

Blessings

Blessings

Y
ou don’t have to know ‘em by name
They appear and reappear
In rainbow colors and beyond
Open your eyes wide n’ wider
You might never see them when they occur
Because you ought to feel em’ more as they concur
So close your eyes and believe
Believe in what you’ faith in
Have faith in what you can’t see
That’s the first miracle
Seeing without believing

Y
our portion is granted already
It’s for you to claim and take
But before then
You must be baked in the dessert
40 years and beyond
‘Ngima Yumaga Mutuiini’
In a furnace of fire
To be malleable as gold
Or as precious as copper
To reclaim lost glory
Some doors need a little push
Not a little ignition with your’ rotten’ key
Turning your key won’t help.

Y
our imagination Changing might help
If only you change your belief system
Miracles happen every day
Every day is a blessing
This moment is your blessing.

Beauty & Beholder

Beauty isn't in the eyes of the beholder!!

What is beauty we all ask?
Who is asking this question?
Who is answering this question?
Will I be pretty in the morning?
Or the nights that follow

The mirror is blind
Unless I illuminate it
It’s no longer a mirror
Mirroring in self
I am brand new second hand.
Will I be reached if I answered this question?
By the eyes of the beholder
What if he is ‘holding’ hot air?
Lighter than helium
Or explode
Like hot air balloon
Or burn like
Frost in winter
I bet you don’t know
Me either
Coz beauty is discovery
A journey
An experience
 Beauty is the future?

Whatever lies ahead is, shall, will and there is
Truth in all angles
The futures is not for us to see
But to believe before we see
Or we are quickly forgotten
Living in the present proclaiming the beauty of tomorrow
Tomorrow may never be
Coz today is the tomorrow you worried yesterday

Tarring me apart
Back to the original thought
What is beauty?
Beauty is urembo utu
It’s inwardly glowing outwardly
The conscious of the heart
 Truth that sets self-free
Beauty is freedom of Uhuru

Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder
Beholder can’t necessarily have eyes
If so
We reduce beauty in vision only
And can’t see in his own eyes
The log in tide low
Coz can’t wait in vain
To feel the true essence of beauty
Instead of beholding in the visionary eyes

For anybody’s love
Beauty is beholder and the holder
Can only give what you got
Withdraw what you bank
And bank what you got
What you got is beauty.
Beauty is you.
You are beautiful not handsome.

Contentment!

Contentment!
 Biblical Context

A
State of mind in which one's desires are confined to his lot whatever it may be (1 Tim. 6:6; 2 Cor. 9:8).

It is opposed to envy (James 3:16), avarice (Heb. 13:5), ambition (Prov. 13:10), anxiety (Matt. 6:25, 34), and repining (1 Cor. 10:10). It arises from the inward disposition, and is the offspring of humility, and of an intelligent consideration of the rectitude and benignity of divine providence

(Ps. 96:1, 2; 145),

T
he greatness of the divine promises (2 Pet. 1:4), and our own unworthiness (Gen. 32:10); as well as from the view the gospel opens up to us of rest and peace hereafter (Rom. 5:2).

Broke Humans

"It is easy to talk to your self out of anything  and find fault with any option. Those who Succeed didn't talk; they acted. Thinkers think and doers do!!Until thinkers do and dowers think, investing is another word in the overburdened vocabulary of ...
Broke Human Beings."

Ngige Njoroge Samuel ( March 18. 2014)

How Do I??

Tell me now how do I live with heavy experience
heavy expedience that I ever lived in this mother earth,
lived in this mother earth with family and friends I treasured
I stand alone because I love God and keep my eyesight off Religion
Have lost many battles, am yet done with battles,
Have lost family, friends and foes a like.
Death is a lasting sting, painful sting inside my soul
"Good" people seem to die and am still standing??
Time makes you realize why or how am I still here??
You spoke to my heart, many outings and coffee lunches
I was to be given another chance to play another dance
its hurting feeling you were my cousin gone by the wind,
dancing with dream shades of my aunt,
staring at my  empty tomb of my sister in law.
Every page is torn, faded with my Dad's brutal death,
lost my patience, eyes staring in Uganda
to an unmarked grave.

How do I???
How could it be???
What a situation I find My self?
I swear nothing is going on .
But allot has happened,
Yet a mountain so high
Yet i have to climb so High without being high
My sister still awaits him at home...
To bring the winter boots he promised at stop 23 Kangemi.
Never to return.
A legal question thereof hovers on.
I am yet to graduate.
Authentic law school of crying heroism.
Taking my Breath away,
classmate left so soon Perls Perished,
Dreams shuttered.
She was here now she is there, cant ask whats up!!?

Life is too short.
for us to live apart
love makes the world go round
I pray every day so they say,
My wife calls me, wee hours of the night,
Death know not time zones'
Life happens here and now!
No time time for you to book flight
Lest you get Frightened
I hesitate picking the phone...
A midst her sobs and short breaths,
My friend Kinyash can't celebrate a beer with me,
At home pub Kinags.
'Nyamchom' we had salivating forever,
I cant take it, the spice is too much
Of the Fatal Crash....
when i leave for Gym ain't fun any more
When the night fell silent, My Uncle breath the last
In between us no Karungungu not even Rungungu

Dust has settled but not yet...
Little did I  know My sister is more than taken
Than My eyes were sore
Sore are my eyes..checking every flight
Bereavement has stages
Know not stage am at'
May the sun of strength follow me, May the day break
Come down Father, I beg you
Death you are cruel.. as bullet from a gun.
Adios not good bye
farewell is not enough
Memories live on
But till we meet again, I believe How do I??

Living at Present

We can’t be sure of anything in the future and often it’s too difficult or merely unhelpful to revisit anything in the past. The present is where we are now, so why not put all of our energy into living it? A lot of fun can be had living this way. Just don’t ignore the future (or the consequences of whatever “definitely legal” thing you’re doing to have all that fun). Because tomorrow will soon become the present, and, soon enough you'll be stuck living that (From Thought Catalogue by Cody Delistraty)
